    Ordered several parts online which were supposed to be delivered next day (on 17 Jul). Delayed to 18th, claiming incorrect address. I contacted ***** and proved the address was correct, and they were supposed to sent it right out, but instead supposedly sent it out for delivery on the 18th. NOTHING, delayed again until 19th, no show again. They keep claiming I wasn't available, yet I received packages from other carriers on those days. I would have just drove to the store if I had known that their next day delivery is a farce!!! Filed a complaint on the Autozone site and heard NOTHING back. Now it says delivery for 22 Jul. So my only vehicle is down for a week (or more) because of these idiots. Contacted Autozone customer service by phone, finally got a person on the phone, but was NO HELP! So I cancelled my order. Now I will have to see how long it takes to get a refund, and then find a business that can deliver their product. It's very irritating and frustrating dealing with businesses that don't care about their customers.

    There is NO phone number or address, it was the Autozone.com website!  This complaint actually includes Autozone and *****.  ***** failed to deliver the items next day (17th) and continued for two more days (18th and 19th, then delayed to the 22nd) to deliver, so I cancelled the order.  Autozone did nothing to correct the issue, other than cancel the order when I asked!  I have reordered and will see if it makes it this time.
