    I first contacted this business on April 19th, 2023 and scheduled an appointment to drop off my vehicle on April 24th. I did not receive any contacts from this business between the day I dropped my vehicle off until May 10th. On May 10th, my service advisor told me that it would take approximately 2 more weeks to order all of the parts and fix my car. It took 3 1/2 weeks to acquire and install these parts, my service advisor did not call me once during this time frame to provide an update. On June 3rd, I showed up to this business in person and emphasized my desire for increased transparency during this process. This was the third instance I recall emphasizing this to my service advisor. Today is June 22nd, I have not heard from my service advisor since June 3rd when he told me he would have an update for me in 1 week. I have called this business 3 separate times since June 15th and have not been able to connect with my service advisor, nor has he returned my calls. On June 19th I sat on hold for over 20 minutes for my service advisor and he never picked up. I eventually had to hang up because I did not have all day to wait on hold for a call that was 2 weeks overdue.The nature of my dispute is two-fold. First, I am dissatisfied with the transparency regarding the work (or lack thereof) that has occurred on my vehicle. Second, I am dissatisfied with the indirect costs (registration, insurance, mileage on my other vehicle) that I have incurred while my vehicle has functionally sat on this businesses lot. This business has not made an attempt to resolve the problem. If anything, it has gotten worse. As I continue to voice this concern, communication becomes less and less frequent.
