    We chose not to renew our contract with Johnson Controls to monitor our fire alarm system. We've had another company monitoring it since December 2022, but had paid Johnson Controls through August 2023 and they refused to refund us the difference. They are now harassing us daily with phone calls to our office, one of our church members, and with letters in the mail. We have notified more than a dozen employees by email and phone, and the harassment continues. We've told them we aren't renewing our contract, and the contact email on the invoice just tells us he's not ***************** and he doesn't know who is. Yet he's on every repeated mailing. We've had to block them through our phone system, and our church member had to do the same, since no one at their company will help, neither local representatives nor their customer service department and their billing department.
