      08/0/2022 CIT Bank is a division of First Citizens Bank and is an online bank with no physical locations. For the past few months I am unable to log in to my account even though I have the correct userid and password. I called the number but it states a 90 minute wait time and I never can get through. I have $3000 in this bank and I cannot access the money. I do not know what to do or who to contact Please help.

      I had a car loan with First Citizens Bank that was refinance with ******* ******* Credit Union. On July 14th, 2022 First Citizens Loan Processing center was contacted asking for the 10 day loan pay off, I was in the office of the loan processing manager at Coastal when the call was made. My phone was on speaker and the lady we were on the phone with give us the 10 day pay off.

      A check was sent to First Citizens from ****** for the amount we were told that the 10 day pay off was. The check was sent on July 15th by ***** and received by First Citizens on July 19th. First Citizens also drafted my account on the July 15th for a payment that was due before they received and processed the check from ****** for the loan pay off.

      First Citizens has now sent me a letter stating that I still owe them $615.00 because the loan pay off was short. I have contacted First Citizens on several different occasion to try and resolve this matter for the misquote they gave me on the loan pay off, and every time I speak with someone I just get the runaround. I have been dealing with this for the last three weeks, and I feel like I should not be held responsible for the remainder that is owed since they misquoted me on the payoff.

      I was also told on numerous occasion that they would pull the call and listen to it, but every time I asked about whether or not the call has been pulled and listens to I can never get a straight answer from anyone about that call.

      Any assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

      First Citizen's Bank charged off my vehicle (acct # 910003xxxxx) & never sent me the 1099-C form that they are required by the IRS to send me since they claimed that credit on my vehicle. They updated the comments on my credit report once they received the check from GAP insurance as " Legally paid in full for less than the full balance" so therefore you were paid. If I dont receive my 1099C for this account and the status of the account/24 month payment history isnt updated to paid in full after receiving my affidavit of truth and not responding in affidavit form I will be filing complaints with the Attorney General’s Office, Better Business Bureau, State Senate, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, Comptroller of the Currency, Federal Reserve System, Credit and Insurance, Federal Trade Commission, State Regulatory Agency, ********** Regulatory Agency Division of Consumer Complaints & the Internal Revenue Service. This account has caused me mental anguish, anxiety & depression. I will be taking further action to hold first trust criminally and civilly liable for the fraud they continue to commit against consumers. i would like you to know i was not disputing the accuracy of this account as i was disputing the fact that you are reporting transactions between me and your company on my consumer report. i will have you know that under 15 USC 1681a2ai- exclusions. the term “consumer report” does not include— (i)report containing information solely as to transactions or experiences between the consumer and the person making the report; the late payments you are reporting between me and your company are my considered permissible security transactions under 15 USC 78c(iii). i will also have you know that under 12 CFR 1022.42(a) you have not conducted reasonable procedures concerning the integrity of this furnished information as you have furnished our transaction history together which is a violation of my rights.
