I am writing to address ongoing concerns with the repair of my bathtub, which was originally refinished by the specialized refinishing company, now operated under Renov8. When the technician initially came to assess the job, he determined that injectable foam fillers were not necessary. Instead, he recommended extra sanding and additional support around the drain, for which I paid the required fees. Afterward, I had to hire a plumber to reinstall the drain. The technician later returned to touch up the area around the drain, but since then, the tub has developed an issue with the finish in the center, where the chemical appears to have risen. This requires further sanding and refinishing.I reached out on July 28th to request a touch-up under the lifetime warranty. Initially, I sent photos of the problem, and although the pictures were not the best, I later sent clearer ones. It is evident that the tub does not need foam fillers, just a proper touch-up because the original product or chemicals did not set up correctly. Despite this, I am being asked to pay an additional $150 for the technician to come out, even though no one has seen the problem in person.I feel that we are going back and forth without resolution, and I have received dismissive responses. I would like Renov8 to honor the lifetime warranty associated with the specialized refinishing company. Since you are now doing business as this company, I believe you should uphold the original warranty terms.I kindly request that you help me to resolve this issue as soon as possible so that the tub can be repaired to the standard promised.

    Issue has been resolved .

We went back and fixed whatever the other company had done before even though we did not have the responsibility to do so as it was another company that did this job not Renov8.

We sent a technician out there to take care of what needed to be done
