Avoid at all costs dishonest, overpriced, and unprofessional At first, this company presented themselves as competent and courteous, which gave me a false sense of security in hiring them for an insurance-covered home repair project. Unfortunately, once the work finally beganafter nearly six months of unexplained delaysthe experience deteriorated rapidly. The quality of their work was consistently below standard, especially given the inflated pricing. It became apparent that they were taking full advantage of the insurance situation, inflating costs while cutting corners at every turn. Several agreed-upon items were left incomplete or ignored entirely, and when their team caused additional damage, they refused to take responsibility or make repairs. Communication was unreliable throughout, with emails routinely going unanswered. On the rare occasions we were able to persuade them to return and address issues, they left work unfinished, messy, or even worse than before. It seemed their strategy was to perform less work than originally quoted while artificially inflating other costsensuring they made the same (or more) money regardless of what was actually delivered.Eventually, we made repeated attempts to end the relationship on reasonable terms, hoping to reach a fair and mutually agreeable resolution. These efforts were ignored. The only response we received was a series of automated invoicesno acknowledgment of the issues raised, no willingness to negotiate in good faith, and no attempt at professionalism. Its clear to me now that this company thrives on insurance payouts and customer inexperience, prioritizing profit over ethics, communication, or quality workmanship. If youre considering hiring them, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. This was an expensive and frustrating mistake I wouldnt wish on anyone.

We appreciate your response and believe we see things differently at this stage. However, we are hopeful to work towards resolution in the near future.
