I have been reaching out to the Raleigh campus multiple times over the past 2-3 weeks via email and call in an attempt to get a copy of my 1098-T. No one returns my correspondence. When I was a student and started to request copies of my financial records, I never received them then either. I was advised they wouldnt be available until I completed the program.I have even tried online chat help and received multiple excuses as to why no one can help **** am no longer in a student of that school and the unpofessionalism is a significant reason why.

I was able to contact University Administration to request the follow-up with the student. There may have been confusion on who to contact as this, unfortunately is not a local matter but a centralized function. However, staff, if contacted here at the Raleigh Campus, should have referred the student to the appropriate department. For this, I offer my sincerest apology.

Contact was made, a request to regenerate the form was accomplished, the instructions for the form in question was requested, and the student was sent a follow-up email. The student was also called with same information and a VM message was left.

    Thank you.

I truly think this college needs to be looked into. I have read so many reviews that are the same as mine. First of all this school costs so much for the lack of education provided. My problem with the school is the staff, some of the teachers are incredibly unhelpful, offer no solutions and teach the wrong material. When it is reported to directors the student is blamed and punished. The nursing director ********************* is very rude and passive aggressive. She even rolls her eyes when you go into her office. The ****************************** truly doesnt care about anything but his reputation. He says he wants to help but only offers rude and unhelpful advice. He talks down to you and doesnt care about checking into the problem when it is reported. They wont release my TEAS test results and those are my scores. They have also blocked them on the testing website so they arent seen by students and when I called to ask about a copy they told me they dont keep those records, even though I was accepted into the school. I have several emails from the director that show his character and dismissive attitude towards me and students. Please look into this school of not for my sake then for the other people spending so much money for no education and no accountability from the school

ECPI is an Accredited BBB Business in the Raleigh market. ECPI University prides itself on the support provided to our students. In fact, this is a major element that distinguishes our university when compared to other colleges and schools. ECPI is SACS-COC Accredited, and also has specialized accreditation for Medical Assisting Program through ABHES.ECPIs LPN program is approved by the North ****************** College System.Regardless of the entity that we are monitored/regulated by, inclusive of the **** we have excelled during programmatic reviews. ECPI Raleigh, Campus also has excellent outcomes, routinely having high passing rates on credentialing exams which can be verified via the appropriate MA and / or Nursing bodies. Students that are able to progress through effort and hard work, do quite well with credentialing exams and employment. Programs are challenging, rigorous, and policies and procedures are in place for a multitude of reasons, and that also have to meet or exceed standards.

ECPI is a private University that spares no resources when it comes to student support, whether that be for one-on-one tutoring, open labs, highly qualified and credentialed faculty, technology on campus and made available through apps and smart devices, library services, career services and even mental health counseling availability. Program Directors also meet these same qualifications and must demonstrate leadership abilities. **************** equipment and facilities meet or exceed standards. Programs are accelerated and not for every student. For these resources and support, ECPI is priced competitively in the market.

Assessment scores are to be used for internal purposes to determine admissions eligibility. These scores are generated from a third-party. Students are referred back to this third party for copies of their assessments.

The Campus President always avails himself, as do program directors, to students through a literal open-door policy. Situations are always reviewed, discussed and timely replies follow.

I am always available to continue discussions with any student, past, present or future.
