      We are currently investigating the complaint.  The damage the customer is claiming is preexisting.  We are reaching out to her again to confirm we are talking about the same thing. Once we finish the investigation, we will provide her what she needs.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      It is false. The chipped paint on the vehicle was not pre-existing. I have already driven back to the shop - per their request calling twice in advance- had a young man take multiple pictures and complete a report - there is also a video showing how the damage occurred. At this point it is redundant to come back again.

      The customer visited our car wash on 4/26/25 at 3:47 pm and purchased a $12.00 wash.  While at the paystation, our attendants phone fell off the paystation and hit the lower panel of the driver side door.  The customer proceeded through the wash and left the site never getting out of her car to check for damage.

      Two days later, the customer leaves a message on our refund line and our HRs extension concerning an incident that occurred 2 days prior.   Ms. ******* was asked to return to the site to fill out an incident report and have pictures taken of the alleged damage, which she did on 5/3/25.

      The manager uploaded all the videos, photos and report and informed corporate of the situation.  Our claims manager reviewed all the information and he instructed the site manager to reach out to Ms. ******* to inform her that we cannot validate the claim.  The alleged damage shows signs of rusting which indicates it was there well before the incident was reported.  In addition, the point of impact was on the lower part of the door and the chip she confirmed is on the upper half of the door.  We provided her a copy of the video with instructions on how to watch it in slow motion.  Additionally, as a show of good faith, we offered her a free wash, which she refused.  

      Our claims manager reached out to Ms. ******* on 5/12/25 at 4:00 pm and left a voice message.  When she called back, our claims manager asked if they could meet at the ************** location to look at the vehicle since he had not seen it in person.  Ms. ******* responded with I just want my car fixed and I will not return to another meeting just to have my claim denied again.  He informed her that the corporate office determined he needed to see her vehicle in person to proceed with the claim.  She reaffirmed that she would not schedule a meeting with us.  She is still upset that we would not validate the claim.  She has since uploaded unfounded negative reviews on social media.  Unless she is willing to complete the claims process and meet with our claims manager, we consider this matter closed.

      I have already driven to the six Forks location per your request. Had pictures taken and video is demonstrating the damage being caused and the damage done. I have physically gone there already. Now theyre trying to make me go through hoops just to deny the request again. I reject their decision. I have never filed a complaint against a business before. I am a honest person and volunteer for *******. I have already had pictures taken and there is video.

      She is correct.  There is video.  The video clearly shows that the phone did not hit the point of the vehicle she is claiming.  Our claims manager has reached out to her again today via email to schedule a meeting so that he can show her on a large screen, frame by frame and in slow motion what we are trying to demonstrate to her.  We have done everything we know to do to work with Ms. **************

      On January 20, 2025 I went through this car wash. Right after while using their vacuums I found scratches on my hood caused by their equipment. Some might be able to be detailed out, but some are actually scratched in the metal. I immediately reported this to the manager we took pictures and filled out a report. He told me I should hear from corporate in 2-3 business days. On January 30 I went back to that manager having heard nothing. On January 31 I did get an email request for more information which I provided that day.I visited the car wash again on Feb. 7 and was given the corporate phone number. I left voice mails but have had no response, it is now February 16.

      I recently tried to sign up for a month subscription. I found after the fact that the wrong plate number has been entered. I tried to correct this and was actually billed a SECOND time, for a larger amount (they also put me down for the wrong subscription). I tried to use the subscription yesterday and was unable, the employees only solution was to ask me to pay a THIRD time. I have been trying to reach out about these fees and experience and have not heard anything.

      On January 14,2024 I went to the new car wash located on ************. They were giving a free car wash to patrons so I decide to get one. As I proceeded to a line I was greeted with hospitality and offered membership which I decided to get. I get to the beginning of the washing process as I enter out I noticed my side mirror is pushed way back I get out of my vehicle to fix it and notice that my side mirror was damaged. I went to talk to a gentleman that was inside and told him about the matter he had me fill out an incident report and then said someone will be in contact with me within 5 business days. Well its now February 5th and my side mirror is still damaged and I still havent heard from anyone on the issue of getting my side mirror fixed. I was told that we have to check the video before someone gets intouch with me. How long does this process takes I just want my side mirror fixed, it wasnt damaged before I got my wash. Please can we come to a resolution fast. Thank you.
