    I contacted a company to clean my carpets who sub constructed it to Elite. Who walked through the house with me and failed to mention unlike other carpet cleaners the Ottoman on wheels would not be moved. I would have moved if they had mentioned, but they did not.I contacted the company I hired who kept containing Elite. Elite keot saying they were dealing with me per the other company. I'm just feeling like Elite had a responsibility to infirm their end clients and they did not

    ***********, We did exactly what we were hired to do by the cleaning company. After finding out you were unsatisfied because we didn't move that item we came out and took care of it. I called you after our guys left and you said everything was great now. You also said you tried to change your review on this website but were unable to do that.
