      Was really looking forward to the tour during my trip to Salem, especially as I’m from the west coast and don’t always have the option to visit historic cities in the US. Unfortunately there were delays with my car rental, and I called within two hours of booking to see if there’s any way our tour could be pushed back or if we could receive a refund if we didn’t make it in time. The supervisor, Vijay, offered to remove me from the schedule completely and offer a refund only if my time slot gets booked, which was a few hours before the tour (during an off season - in December). I was really disappointed as this was a tour I was looking forward to doing and his offer, which he said he was going out of his way to do, would be to not see the tour at all and most likely not get a refund either. I found them really unaccommodating and unreasonable given the circumstances that I had just booked and was calling in advance, and that told me everything I needed to know. After my experience with this supervisor, I frankly wouldn’t want to see the tour even if I didn’t have delays with my car rental. Frankly, they are thieves.
