      I received a $125 gift card on February 13th to go to the store. On April 14th, I bought a "chocolate date night" from their website: **************************************************************. Nowhere on this website does it list that refunds are not possible. After a couple emails back and forth the date night was set for April 18th and agreed to by both parties. On the day of the event I arrived at the shop and was informed that the employee working had no clue of my date night or the date night for the other couple waiting, and that she could only have one couple at a time. The employee told me to try getting a refund or rescheduling for another time. Since the date night, I have contacted the business multiple times over the phone and by email to get a refund for the date night. They have repeatedly said that they would be willing to reschedule me but have refused to offer any refund. Additionally, the owner was very short and dismissive over the phone and blamed me for showing up on the wrong day multiple times. After providing a full timeline of events to the business they acknowledged it was their mistake but are still refusing to offer a refund. I have no desire to reschedule my date, given the terrible experience that night and the multiple accusations from the owner that I lied since that day. I am looking to receive a refund for the money spent since it was the businesses' fault for the date not happening and there were no warnings when purchasing or prior to the date that I could not be refunded for this date.

      I would like to file a complaint against The Chocolate Boutique located at **** ********* *** ******** ** *****. I submitted an application to be a vendor at the wine and cheese festival held in April 2022. I paid the $175 vendor fee. I was not selected as a vendor for the festival. I was told I would receive a refund. As of today I have yet to receive a refund. I have spoken with the owner who told me that a refund would be given. It has not. The event was over 5 months ago. I am still trying to receive my refund. Can you help me?
