      Aramsco advertised and offered an online zoom class for Water Damage Restoration. The class was to begin on 2/12/24 at 5pm via zoom. On the morning of 2/12/24 I purchased the registration for the class in the amount of $459 for my husband as he works for a contractor and wanted accreditation and a certificate reflecting completion of this course. After paying for the class, my husband received a confirmation email congratulating him on registering for the zoom class. After this email was received he did not receive any other correspondence from Aramsco. Nothing stating how to join the zoom/attend the class. We called the phone number attached to the email received that is supposed to be for the education **** and it goes straight to voicemail. We called a local Aramsco agency to see if they could point us in the right direction they were able to give us an 800 number for Aramsco corporate office. We called and asked to speak to someone in charge of the education ****/online zoom classes and were transferred to a man named Skyler. I left 2 voicemails for ****** and have not heard back. We have sent 2 emails to the education department and have yet to hear anything.
