      Company overpromised and extremely underdelivered with their level of service and expertise. We have had nothing but problems with this company since shortly after signing up with them. What was promised to be a ***** day implementation turned into 5 months. Their email filtering system, Mimecast, was blocking critical emails and their system they stated is unable to unblock these emails. Since cancelling that piece of their services they have continued to bill me for the service, though they stated that it was cancelled but someone on their end did not fully disengage it from their billing as promised. We have discovered that the anti-virus system, Forticlient, that they installed has not been functional for an indefinite period of time and their tech support cannot figure out why after being on the phone for over 2 hours with them today. When I tried to cancel their services with a 30-day cure notice, per the terms of our agreement they are refusing to cancel the service without an over $40K cancellation fee and now their sales **** and managers refuse to return phone calls and emails.

      We have a problem with Rapidscale's egregious billing practice and lack of help getting a resolution. Rapidscale charged us for overages over 18 months ago and despite countless hours that we have spent proving to them that these overages are not possible, they continued to bill us for them. We finally after 18 months got some resolution and they issued the appropriate credit and then the following month charged us for a bunch of fake overages again! I would assume that they perpetrate this fraud on large businesses that will not notice the charges as a way to get extra revenue, but we are a small business and can't afford their fraudulent charges.When it came time to renew the contract, we sent notice of non-renewal but they said that even though they required a 180 day notice, we missed the non-renewal window by 2 weeks, so we notified them 160 days before our contract ended rather than 180 days. Admittedly this is our fault for not realizing they had such a lengthy auto-renew policy, but they gave no notice of auto-renewal until after it was too late. And then they gave us notice that they were raising our price substantially!This company is shady and should be avoided at all cost. It will seem like a good deal a first and then they charge you with fraudulent charges!
