    Do not ever do business with this company. I ordered afloral ******* for Christmas in mid-November. My daughter purchased an afloral product and we liked it. Unfortunately, we ordered afloral ******* via Craftmasterslate website. It was promised to be delivered 2-3 weeks before Christmas, but was not delivered until January 2. It wasn't the afloral product that was pictured on their website for the item. It was a very cheap plastic replica. I tried to return for refund per their policy and they refused. After repeated attempts, they offered a small discount to compensate me. I countered and finally accepted a 30% refund. Will try to sell "*******" at our community garage sale and hopefully get $10 or else it goes in the trash. I rate them a ZERO.

    Do not order from here! This site is a scam. They claim they shipped my item, but it never arrived. When I reached out to customer service, they told me to try calling the post office. The post office said it was an issue with the vendor which I then told them. From that point, they just ignored me.

    DO NOT ORDER. ITS A SCAM! They refuse to refund your money. The item I ordered was damaged and they claimed it was what I ordered and won't refund my money.

    These people just want to steal your money! I bought my son a youth size shade because their website indicates it will fit ages between *****. This is NOT true. It did not fit my 13 year old son. When I reached out to them about returning and getting an adult size they said they do not refund or exchange because they sent me what I ordered. I followed their indications. If it would had said 13 and above are adult size I would have bought the adult size. This is ridiculous! Dont waste your hard earn money on them.

    I ordered a Cordless Mini Weed Trimmer..$33.85 in less than 5 minutes..the batteries were hot, the end was hot, the zip tie broke, it was not able to do the job. Trying to get a full refund that they say you get if it is defective or not satisfied...no resolve after many requests from me and responses from them saying..sending your request to proper department you will hear back in 24 hours. Same reply...no resolve.
