    They need a new system....I have multiple kids who have attended college or who are in the process and I myself am in the process of attending college for the first time. As normal parents....we created our children's RDS accounts before they were of age. So naturally we used our own email address for proof and confirmation and future possible responses (after our children no longer would have ******************* email accounts). Their Only possible option was to have to call one of my children(1 in class which you all know that's a no no, but he's not doing any legal documents nor is he allowed to give a stranger permission to change a legal document and one son at work which is also a no no and totally unprofessional), to verify the information that I had put in and to agree to changing taking my email off of the account. Somehow I believe he will have issues in the future and will like myself be on the phone for 28 solid minutes. I had to call my son at work and you could clearly hear his boss in the background and I know he wasn't happy about this. You guys need a better system. I asked what they did for parents with twins and triplets and they all go to college....his response, the student(who would normally be 16 or 17 years old) would be filling out these legal documents or his councilor would assist.....I'm sorry but it's not my councilors responsibility to be filling out legal documents for my child with his social security number...ect.....and my son before age of 18 better not be filling out any legal documents either.......this system is backwards which goes along with the rest of our governments "fake" woke culture.....If you have multiple kids going to college...just be prepared to have to deal with this bull and to tie up 30 minutes of your spare time(if you have any). this transaction happened today, 03/09/2023 at 11:38am EST.
