      My family has experienced multiple issues with this company, which have made us feel uncomfortable and less protected. After having to pay almost $500.00 for tow services with this insurance company, a roadside assistance worker was dispatched late during the night, who was smoking and operating a vehicle with engine light on while providing services to my family. In Spring 2021, my family traded in a vehicle with a car dealership who did not add the new car to my insurance policy. A representative for this insurance company informed my family that their records reflect that our new vehicle was added in May 2021. However, this insurance company proceeded to take almost $1,000.00 from my family due to alleged back pay. My family was informed that we would receive a refund for the transaction due to them having documentation that we were paying money on a vehicle that we no longer owned since May 2021. However, after a month of trying to contact them, we were informed that the company was only crediting the transaction to our insurance account and not refunding the money to my family’s bank account. Due to this, my family has been dealing with financial hardships.
