      I had an initial loan with this credit union. I allowed the loan to go into default and was assisted by an agent. She worked with me to get the loan paid off. However, now it continues to show on my credit report as outstanding and I have attempted to reach out to the company several times without success. This is continuously bringing down my credit score and everyone I speak with attempts to connect me with that agent to no avail. Also, I paid a car loan off last year and have attempted to get my Car Title and have not received any responses related to this. My wish is to receive my car title, and documentation that this loan has been paid in full.
