Dear BBB,I have been trying to get through what seems to be an opaque administrative wall that Nokia has erected between itself and purchasers of its consumer products. One year ago to this day, I purchased a Nokia C210 (actually three of them) via a METRO BY T-MOBILE (MtM) wireless carrier. I was informed on the date of purchase that there was a one year warranty on the cellphones (hereinafter "handsets.") Over time, about 4 months ago, one handset was showed diminished battery life and other errors (long delayed voice and SMS messages). I tried numerous times to resolve the issue with online MtM agents, who walked me through troubleshooting procedures, while also checking if the failure was on their end technically. Ultimately, the *** agents were of the opinion that my Nokia handset was likely failing and that I should seek a warranty replacement.I went to the Nokia website, my model is not even listed. I tried calling the numbers to Nokia, I get ************** error messages. On their website the only email addresses I could find were to Media, Corporate or ********************** I have written emails to them, explaining that I cannot find a way to contact Nokia for consumer handset warranty claims, described what I was trying to do and asked that my communication be directed to the proper department within NOKIA.Instead, I have received what appear to be AI generated rejection emails, saying the tickets have been closed since the subject matter is not Press, Investment or Technical complaints of the website.Any good corporation who sells products or services to the public should have open lines of communication and a reasonably easy means of communicating with the corporation and particularly when it comes to servicing their products or warranty ********* would appear that Nokia has erected in impenetrable administrative barrier between itself and any consumers trying to contact it, much less activate their product warranties.
