    I am writing to express dissatisfaction with my recent experience with Craft Ave NC, owner ***********************. I would like to formally lodge a complaint regarding a bulk **shirt order I place for my family reunion. We met on February 9th to discuss the **shirts design and deadline date. On February 21, I sent the **shirt design. March 4, ***** sent me a mock up of the **shirt. There were some minor changes that needed to be made. On May 28, I contacted ***** to see if we could add to the **shirt designed. My request was to add to the bottom of the **shirt Host Family ********************* okd the addition. On June 8 ***** advised she was starting on the **shirts, asked if there were any additional orders. I added 3 additional **shirts. Saturday, June 10th we confirmed all orders were in. June 22, I contacted ***** to set the pick ** date for June 22nd. I contact ***** to pick up the order, she said that she ran into some issues. I didnt pick up the order until Saturday, June 24th, one day after the family reunion started. ***** left the shirts for me to pick up. The shirts were incorrect, it was not the design we discussed. ***** agreed to mail some of the shirts out due to her error. Three weeks after the reunion was over shirts were delivered to my house. There were loose shirts and packaged shirts; which she agreed to mail. July 25th I contacted ***** to inform her I was missing shirts. At that time she made me aware she mail off one order because a family member requested a refund. I am still missing 2 shirts that were paid for. ***** has not made this right. We didnt receive compensation for not having our shirts on time. Also, there was one shirt received by a family member that was different from the design we discussed. In closing, this business practices extremely poor customer service which resulted in errors financially , personally , as well as deep distrust with businesses that provide services.
