    I hired Caring Transitions to do an estate sale for my parent's house. I have an invoice from them with a credit balance of $81.16. On February 29, 2024, I have an email stating: Thank you for your recent business with us.Attached you will find your final invoice, spreadsheet, and all the statistics for your sale.Please see the notes under each section. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this invoice, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us at I will be sending your check to you in the mail or I can have my husband leave it on the counter in the house when he picks up the chair this weekend.Sincerely,Caring Transitions of ***********, ****** and N. Raleigh dba Refined ************** I have contacted them numerous times. It is now September, and I have not received the check that was referenced. I can forward you the email correspondence.

    I hired Caring Transitions of *********** in February to help pack up my mother as she was exiting her rental home after the passing of my father. The agreement was to dispose of items deemed to be trash, and ship the rest to me. I have fully paid for the services but not received the belongings. I contacted the *** after 2 months (in May), and she indicated this was a dropped ball and she'd rectify it. It's been another two months now and I've not received anything, nor any communication or tracking number. I've reached out again by email, phone, LinkedIn, and Instagram - all the channels I have for this company. I need BBB to assist at this point.
