    The date of this occurrence was on January 25, 2025 approximately 1 PM EST. I had the owner of this place ruin a perfectly good eyebrow, I came in for a cleanup not a slash in between my brow and when I showed her, she denied it and said theres no way she could have done that as she laughed and then proceeded to tell me that it was already like that. Which it was not. I have photos to compare before and after. She began walking to the register and I told her I was not paying for it, because who would? She THEN called me broke for not wanting to pay for a terrible job and of course that caused chaos, she became more and more unprofessional as we spoke about my eyebrow. This is not a business that should be serving the community. The owner did not try to fix the solution only insult me and berate me in front of the customers and other employee.
