      If I could give no stars then I would. I had a water leak and Servpro was hired to dry out the place. They put equipment in the bathroom were the leak was. They did not dry out the bathroom. I had to replace the complete bathroom because of all the mold. They even cut the drywall to dry out the bathroom, the only thing that did was had holes all over the bathroom. After all that and me complaining that they did not do anything to help they sent me a bill for $3,000 . When I said something about the cost of the bill they told me they gave me a discount. What ever you do, what ever situation you are in DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY IT IS A WASTE OF YOUR MONEY. y

      ServPro was hired to restore my home after a tree fell through it. The clean up process was good but the restoration was horrible. The subcontractors' work shoddy and their workmanship was poor. The painting had to be redone plus touch up, when the floor was installed, they installed it over my heating/air vent. I had to repeatedly complain about gutters not being installed. The awning over my back door stoop was about at least a foot short and had to be torn down and rebuilt. The deadbolt lock was even installed upside down and crooked. The electrical outlet outside was completely removed and had to be replaced. Most of these things I had to bring to their attention because the Project Manager was not doing his job. This Project Manager gave false information, made promises not kept, failed to keep appointments or answer calls. They became annoyed when questions were asked and flaws were pointed out. I was out of my home eight (8) months! The only satisfaction was when a new Project Manager was assigned to my claim in the last month and unfinished items finally were completed. I would never recommend ServPro of North Raleigh & Wake Forest for restoration.
