    I ordered furniture from this man who was supposed to deliver the entire order by the end of June 2024. the only items that were ready on time were incorrectly made and had to be remade. All 8 items missed the original deadline. In exchange for missing the deadline *** agreed to reupholster two twin beds for me free of charge, with the entire order due to be delivered end of January. Every single time we have put a delivery date on the books, *** miraculously has some family member fat ill. Every. Single. Time. We are going on almost a year (4/25/24) since this entire debacle began. In February I gave him 1 week to give me a delivery date and then threatened to move forward with legal action. He said it would have to be week of march 17th due to someone's chemo schedule. So the week of march 17th comes and I asked what day he was planning to deliver. He sent me a novel of excuses about why he couldn't deliver and refused to send me pictures of the furniture to prove it even exists. He said the earliest he could actually deliver would be April 17th & 18th. I asked him to send photos of the furniture to ensure there are no issues before delivery, to which he hasn't responded. He has also been harassing a friend of mine for money to put in a new order with him. She said she has had so many situations (similar to the one I'm in - where he harasses you for money on the front end and then ghosts you and throws up excuses when its time to deliver, she will no longer work with him) this is apparently the way he works. IT feels like he needs money to complete orders and may or may not ever actually have the furniture made. I would like for him to send pictures of all of my items, and then to discuss a delivery date. Those who have worked with him before feel very strongly that he is running some sort of scheme. IE telling me he can't get me the furniture I ordered a year ago until next month (6 times) but telling my friend if she gives him money tomorrow he can get her
