    May - June 2024 (Initial ********************* appointment)$7,000.00 Paid for services ************** Concrete Porch Floor Coating An immediate family member referred me to Renuity Advanced Flooring Coating because they had a great experience with this company in *******, **. My experience with them was the total opposite. From the beginning, they arrived at the first appointment without the proper equipment/supplies; the machine broke, resulting in them having to leave and return later to complete the work. After several calls to schedule an appointment, it was approximately two months before they even returned to complete the work. After the work was completed, I contacted the business to let them know I was unhappy with the results in my garage. The garage floor has cracks along the walls/edges, and the floor is wavy, and uneven (appears that it dips in certain areas). They also got the coating all on my walls and edging of garage trim (as you will see in the pictures).An appointment was scheduled for a manager/supervisor to come out and look at my garage floor, but the day when they didn't arrive. I then called them to find out what happened and they said they needed to reschedule after I took the day off for the appointment. So, finally, someone arrived at the 2nd appointment but it wasn't a manager/supervisor as requested. Then the gentleman just told me there was nothing he could do about the floor and blamed it on my concrete floor. Even though they inspected my garage floor before (when provided an estimate). This is unacceptable and substandard business practice. This cannot be ignored, there have to be repercussions for these actions. I trust that the appropriate actions will be taken.     I have reviewed the complaint with our leadership team and have reached out to the customer to discuss a resolution. While our coating will not resolve the imperfections in the concrete floor that was poured, we believe our sales *** failed to properly review this with him leading to an improper expectation. No ***air can be made to remedy this, so we our trying to connect with him to discuss a financial resolution.
