I had a garage full of cardboard boxes. When the team arrived, they said they could clear this with one truck and quoted me for $650. This was a higher price than expected, but I agreed since I needed the boxes gone. Halfway through the job, I took a look at the progress and noticed that their team was not breaking down any of the boxes and had already filled the truck prematurely with 40% of the boxes still in my garage. I called the corporate office for advice and they said that I should confront the team about this - and if they didn't do a satisfactory job, to call corporate back and arrange another free-of-charge pickup to finish the job. When I confronted the team, they told me that they would not break down any boxes because they didn't have a compactor machine. They refused to break down boxes manually and proceeded to fill the truck without breaking the boxes down. They came to my door and said they "finished", but 30% of the boxes were still in my garage. I asked to speak to their manager, but they refused and made me pay so they could leave. They were adversarial with me and claimed that not breaking down boxes was normal and that they would not come back and finish the job. I then called corporate and told them about my situation. They said they opened a case and would resolve this for me. I called back the next day and found out they never logged a case. I then opened a new case and demanded a call from the manager. I eventually got one and he agreed to send a truck ti finish the job at no charge. The next day, when the team arrived, they told me that that they would not finish the job unless I called the corporate office and told them that they did a good job the previous day and that I was happy with them. They held me hostage in an attempt to save themselves from accountability. When I told them I would not do this, they proceeded to have a verbal altercation with me and argued with me. Never choose them! Go with a local provider!
