      Dear BBB: We rented dumpsters from Wall Recycling in October and November 2024. Our credit card was charged $476 on 10/21/24 and, $581.84 on 11/05/24 and $34.72 on 11/15/24 for a total of $1092.56. We do not dispute these charges. However, in the process of delivering/removing the dumpsters, the drivers damaged our driveway and part of the lawn. Since November 14, 2024, with 5 emails and 4 telephone calls to Wall, we have asked them to resolve the problem. Please see the attached document with copies of our emails to Wall Recycling, including the last to the owner, *** *******.The problem is that the removal of the dumpsters damaged our property--it gouged furrows and stripped grass in our lawn and driveway. Now we can't park into our driveway closer to our house. It is not safe for us--aged 73 and 78--to walk near these furrows to get into our car. It is very hard for us to carry groceries to the house or take our trash bins from our yard to and from the curb without jarring our backs. Since we have had furrows in our driveway since mid-November, they may be ruining the suspension of our car. When we first spoke with **** ****** in Dispatch on 11/14/24, she apologized and said they would send out the operations manager (***** ******) to assess the damage etc. I sent photos as requested. A couple of calls and emails to remind them, Wall did send someone out in December 2024 (Anthony__) with a bag of grass seed. ******* took additional photos of the furrows, which he said he would forward to operations. Hearing nothing, I sent photos again with our 1/14/25 email to ***** in Operations asking for a callback. We called again and asked to speak to the owner, *** *******, who was not available. I sent an email on 1/29/25 asking Mr. ******* to resolve the problem, again sending photos, because of many unsuccessful attempts to assess the damage and then have the furrows filled. No response from the owner either. Please help us. Thank you.

      They will not pick up my residential garbage that they are contracted to do. Either pick up my garbage that wall recycling is contracted to do or refund me the remaining money on my contract. 4months left at $35 a month $140 you owe me. Contract expires OCT 31 2023
