    Around May 2019 I had new AC replaced by four square heating and cooling. I had home warranty service through choice home warranty. The warranty company sent out four square heating and cooling pro take look at the unit and was told the unit needed to be replaced. Needless to say because of the age of the unit it was not covered choice ************ But they did agree to replace the unit at there cost and I would be responsible to pay the technician for the unit and which I paid around $1800 that time. Four square heating and cooling was not happy with the arrangement because they wanted to charge me full price. After it was installed I found out they did not pulled permits so I called choice warranty and they made him pull permits and they had to come back out few times. Also after the 5yrs I am having coils problem with the unit and I had two new technician come out to look at the unit to tell me the person who installed the unit did not registered it so the warranty expired after 5 years. If it was registered it would be covered for *******. I should not have to spend another $4,000 to replace the coils because he did not register the unit. Four square heating and cooling needs to come back out to fix it. I keep calling but no response. I also called choice warranty and was told that four square heating and cooling should of registered the unit when they replaced it. Also around few years back something else was not working and they came back out and charged me another $300. I have two units currently and the older unit it from when the house was built on 2001. This new unit was replaced in 2019. Thank you
