      I signed up for a warranty with this home warranty company.. A payment was taken out of my account.. now I can't reach anybody and when I call the general number it tells me I'm outside of the area of which they service.. Yes, they took money from my account.. That's wrong. If they don't service me here I am thinking I have a contract with them and finding out I have nothing.. definitely don't need to be on the better Business bureau website if that's the way they are

      We got this company name from BBB we signed up with them. He encouraged us to pay quarterly and we did. We called them to file a claim left several messages and called again and again and no one has called us back. Im left to believe they are a fraud company and a scam! Now we have a problem with our shower and no one to fix it. When I would call it was the same man I spoke to which I kind of wondered about but hey maybe its a small company. I would love our money back but probably will never see it again. Maybe If you call from a different number he will call you back he knows my phone number and wont answer or call back! Very frustrated at this point! Any help would be appreciated! I do have an email from him and will send if requested.
