    They dont sign up with the BBB because they are lying to there customers and dont want to be sued or have a bad rap . I hear to tell yall dont buy from epic hot tub , ******* ******* Is the boss and encourage his sales team to lying for sale say whatever and most of this new equipment in the tubs are faulty and will break . They fired there service techs so now they have no legit person or people to fix your tubs . They will lie to your face be careful and do some research before purchasing a tub from these low integrity company .

    My Hot Tub was delivered around October/November 2023. After delivery and set-up the person who delivered it took pictures of the damaged strip and said that the company will get back to me as soon as possible. Although I was told in the store during the purchase that someone would set-up the Hot Tub and anything else I needed, instead on November 6, 2023 I received a couple of emails with links attached for setting up the product from a *************************. On November 10, 2023 I replied and sent the necessary photos that *********************************** asked of me and she said it wasn't in stock but will be ordered. Well on February 19, 2024 I sent ********* another email following up since it had been over three months that I have been waiting for the trim. ********* gave me stories and had very negative tones in her emails responding to me which I have each and every one. I was sold dreams and date changes up to the end of March 2024. This company will discredit other businesses like theirs just to get your business. They increased prices, supposedly deducted a law enforcement discount, and incorporate the same discount back into the fee creatively. I was offered cleaning services and chemicals while going back and forth but I was frustrated with their lies and disrespect that I told them to leave me alone. They still sent emails with these offers... what should I do?

    This is the WORST business experience i've ever experienced. In August 2023 I was sold a new swimspa by the store manager and was delivered a tub that was a 2019 model with a lot of exterior damage and of course didn't operate properly on day one. I was never given a choice of options or exterior features. I was never given any demonstration of the equipment and noone was ever onsite to help set it up. I immediately raised a flag, and asked to speak with the owner. They denied it was not new, and I was given the run around, and repeatedly told I could not speak with the owner. The company took no accountability for their poor business. I was stonewalled by the manager, and operations director several times before I finally requested to return the spa. I was told that they would charge me nearly the whole purchase price to retrieve it. They continued to stonewall me by never scheduling a return. They are absolutely the worst business I've ever dealt with.

    DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! They will reply to you while they are trying to get you as a customer, but once you buy they will not reply. Had the tub for four months and many things have broken. Reached out to them and they were sending someone. That day passed with no one coming. Have reached out for a month with no reply. Bad business.
