    This hotel left me checked in a room that I didn’t stay in for four days. I have record from ****** Hotels. They refuse to give me a refund. I also have a police report from the day I was asked to leave. My son shoes was delivered from *** ** and his shoes got stolen and their refusing to reimburse me for those. I do have documents for everything, but it’ll take me a little while to get everything together. I really need help resolving this issue and getting that money that is owed to me from fraudulent activity from this hotel. My card was charged without my Authorization also. Besides that the hotel shouldn’t pass with department of health because they have mice & mold. I have pictures also. Please help me, please!

    I stayed at this property June 4-5th, 2022. Upon arrival we waited over 30 minutes to check in and found out that there would not be breakfast served or a pool at the property as promised online. We check into our room and the AC unit and television were not working and there was a red substance splattered everywhere in the room and random stains.I called the front desk and they simply told us to unplug the tv and it should work ignoring the other concerns. I called the company we booked with requesting a refund and the property refused to answer them on the phone so I had to walk to the front desk and have them speak with the booking.com support agent. After waiting for 20 minutes the woman at the front desk leaves to “inspect a room” that several people were leaving from because she was worried they had smoked in the room. Other people had checked out before them and this was not required for their check out so it seemed to be a racist action considering the only room checked was the one of African American guests. After waiting for an hour they denied our refund and moved our room. The woman working the front desk explained that our room was considered to be an “out of service” room that no one should have been in. We were running late so quickly went to our room and changed and left after a quick inspection it seemed fine until we realized the staircase that was outside the property could be accessed by anyone because there was no lock on the door to get inside the hotel or key card entry was not required. This was very concerning and I was extremely uncomfortable considering this was an extreme safety issue. After we came back to the property from our plans, we realized our room had more stains, the phone was completely disconnected and there was no way to reconnect and there was trash in the window sill. The bathroom had a broken toilet paper holder also, but at that point we knew it was no use in trying to be moved again since we had had no luck before.
