    I purchased a commissioned project (custom mechanical keyboard) in May of ********************************************* august and finish a few weeks after that. I was updated in september of 2021 that my commission had been delayed and would be machinining in the next few weeks. Then I received no update until january of 2022 after reaching out to them mulltiple times, they informed me it was finished machining and it was sent off to anodizing (a coloring process for aluminum parts). I then did not receive an update until april 4th 2022 after reaching several times again. This time I was told that support had reached out to one of the owners *************************** for an update and they would get back to me when he responded and to reach out on. Once again I didnt receive an update for a month that they have no update. Another month went by and the company sent out a blurb acknowledging their poor handling of update and the commission process (related to this thread on reddit *************************************************************************************************************). Finally in October of 2022 I received an update that my commission was completed and ready to ship however they had made an error and there was an engraving of someone elses name on my board. The commission I ordered was requested to not have any engravings execept for there logo on the outside. They offered to send me the commission with the incorect engraving and send me the replacement part without the engraving once they had it the new mid piece in. It has been 10 months since then and the company is refusing to provide wiht the mid piece they only respond once every few months and with no ETA of when I will receive it. In March of *********************************** as of the 7th and It is now 8/29/23 and I stil have not received my replacement part for this expensive product. My last communication was on 8/13/23 saying support had been reaching out to *************************** but has not received an update.
