      This has been the worst experience of my purchasing life. I made a purchase for multiple appliances from this business. The Elica Island Hood was the one I had the worst time with. The separately purchased blower that goes with the hood was not delivered in a timely manner - way past when I was told that it would be delivered. We were told that it was delivered at first when it clearly was not. Once we got past that the blower we did receive was defective. We then received a different blower after weeks of waiting and the system did not work correctly - we were then told a switch needed to be replaced - the switch was replaced and now they are saying the blower is defective and most apt needs to be replaced. I have tried working with this company to resolve this and they have been slow and demeaning to me in email - especially ******. Do not use him if you go to this store along with ***** - he informed me this is like buying a car and we need to be patient to get this working. I am assuming he never heard of a lemon law. They have been non-responsive on my request for a refund of not only the island hood but the install I paid. Do not use this company! If I could give them negative starts I would. Not deserving of anyone's business.
