      I had an issue with my disposal and reached out to ****** since it's still under warranty. They stated this company was their service provider. They guy never came to physically look at the disposal and why it's rusting. I sent him pics but those aren't always clear on the issue. First he claims there was a puncture hole near the hose for the dishwasher (sent another picture to point that out), then it changed to improper installation and that the ring is only 3/4 locked. That was not the case since all 3 mounting tabs were locked over tge ridges, basically touching, so ****** denied. He never told me until i kept asking and he responded its improper installation. I reached out to ****** myself and sent them our conversations and they confirmed the installation was good, not improper as stated, and given this companys response, ****** sent a new disposal. The smell is gone, it was installed by a pro, just like before, and everything is working well. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
