      False advertisement did not tell me about the cancellation policy all I knew is that I was on a trail because Im in there process of trying to figure something out for my ada ************* I have her in IEP class and I read about this but by her haveing a learning disability this was not a good idea cause it kept her away from homework and studying and focusing more on school so now she has to repeat the 5 grade so this isnt helping the situation at all charging someone to cancel is observed please get them to reconsider cause I told them about my situation

      This customer signed a 12 month membership with us. All terms were reviewed prior to enrollment and a copy of their membership was emailed to them. They physically signed a form acknowledging the terms. So, a total of 3 times they were shown and reminded about what they were signing up for. There are also early cancellation options, which have been explained to the customer and offered. We are sorry to hear about their child's struggles, but our program could not have impacted this negatively. 45 minutes of group martial arts classes twice a week can help a child's focus, discipline, and self-confidence.
