    Went over and over exactly what I wanted. Their contractor showed up, put the building up, Man door in wrong spot, wrong utility door which was slightly larger and no cost increase, No wainscoting bottom of the building, NO color match screws, and said the slab just poured was not square, so they offset the building. Funny thing is if they would have placed it over, it would have been perfect.I complained to the company, they said sorry, we'll send you a $150.00 gift card. I argued that all that was wrong was more than 150, they said sorry that's all they will do. NEVER received that either and they will not respond to my messages to them that they were sooooooo kind when setting up the deal!!

    This complaint is completely misleading and absolute false. The customer complaint is for a full refund for a building that was installed using all the labor and material which he has had the building for months now. 
    What he is requesting was never an extra charge. The color screws werent charged nor the wainscoting (two tone) which is always free for horizontal siding on buildings and always has been as an industry standard. 
    We did offer a $150 gift card as a courtesy to the customer since he claims he spoke to someone about the color screws but there is no record for it on the contract which actually has a higher monetary value than the color screws it self that he either way was never charged for. 
    The contract we have for him does not show any of the supportive claims he is building this case on.

    I am rejecting this response because: I have the direct messages "Stating" Color match screws would be INCLUDED, and the windows and doors can be place on site when building is erected, AND, the bottom of the building would be Black.  NONE of this happened, they asked where to put side utility, I told them and they put the man door all the way up front, NOT where I said AND NO BLACK BOTTOM, AND NO Color match screws.  Arefund is due LARGER than ****** for the trouble, I DONT CARE THERE WAS NO EXTRA CHARGE!!  Therer was No charge because I negotiated NO CHARGE for these items that were SUPPOSED TO BE THERE!!!!

    The installers also have the documents that the customer signed off on. Nothing was charged extra and there was no negotiation since there was no monetary value to negotiate on that.

    I am rejecting this response because: Yes, their installer (That spoke English), knocked on the door, said the building is up, were finished, need you to sign so we can leave for the next job. I "Knew" there was nothing he could do as he was simply the installer. So I complained to "THE COMPANY", and they/she said sorry, we can give you a $150.00 gift card and that's it, but it is the holidays and will take SEVERAL weeks to process. (IT NEVER SHOWED UP) and they will not reply to messages as to where is it!!

    And again, just because I negotiated color match screws, black wainscoting to be included, DOES NOT mean when NEITHER were done as I asked for its OK because there wasnt a charge for it. IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE INCLUDED AND WAS NOT, so a $150.00 gift card is supposed to fix it??  NO, I dont think so!!!  $800-$1000 should be about right!!!!  They shouldnt have LIED and maybe we wouldnt be having this conversation and arbitration!!

    **** you will not get that amount of refund for FREE items. $150 is a courtesy since nothing was additional cost and your contract also does not state any of that.

    I am rejecting this response because: I have ALL the communication that says that is EXACTLY what I wanted and what I was SUPPOSED to get.  YOU CANNOT just put up something else, walk away and say sorry, we'll give you a $150.00 gift card and sorry about your luck, hope you enjoy the building you didnt ask for!!!!

    We made a deposit of $2869. for a 30x60 metal **** in January 2024 to Quality Steel Structures.Subcontractor C & A metal structures contacted us in June and set up an installation date. Since then we have had many installation dates cancelled the last minute by C & A. (we have taken time off of work to be at the installation site)Quality Steel Structures subbed this building to another contractor, Supreme Steel Structures which could not provide the building either. Now Quality Steel Structures will NOT ANSWER the phone or return many messages we have left. OUR INSTALLATION SITE HAS HAD A LEVEL CONCRETE PAD READY FOR MONTHS NOW WAITING.We have been 100% ready for this but need to move on to a company who will provide us with a building like yesterday!! We need our deposit back because Quality steel cannot provide us with the services (building) provided.

    We entered a contract on 6-4-24 & have a down-payment of $2,288 paid in Feb for a 3050 steel garage. The sub-contractor (Elite Carport) scheduled the install for 7-13-24. Elite Carport cancelled the install that day & said they would contact us with another date. Neither company has contacted us & won't return calls. We have lost wages (the day we waited for them) & time trying to resolve this matter. Thank you.

    His statement is false. His building was installed and the customer had said he was ready for installation but when the crew arrived his site was not ready and completely off level and the crew still made it work for him although it is a requirement as stated on contract that customers must be ready to install before requesting to be installed.
