    I had an awful experience at this hotel. I paid cash upfront for the room, and got situated in the room I was given. I wasnt given the type of room I requested, and I found that my room was infested with cockroaches. They were everywhere, in corners, on the walls, in the trash, and in the bathroom. They crawled all over my personal items, and staff was very rude and unhelpful, refusing to provide any assistance with my belongings, and denied a refund upon my request. The hotel was in a odd part of town, somewhat old fashioned and run down, bathrooms were subpar on their cleanliness levels. The room appeared safe at first, but who knows where the infestation of them were hiding. Definitely on a shadier side of town.

    ZERO STARS This Motel is Disgusting!!!! I live around the area and work around the area and the amount of time the Police have been called in one week Due to this establishment is ridiculous. I called wake inn to investigate why they just let anybody stay there and the said they take cash and apple pay and any reloadable card . In my opinion this place is full of criminals and drug junkies and drug dealers ITS SO OBVIOUS!!! its kind of concerning that the owner or city of ******* doesnt do anything. The neighborhood i stay in is starting to build gates and fencing to try to keep the crime out.You can literally search up wake inn and tap on the news tab so you can see for yourselfs !!!This motel is unfortunately close to a great trauma center ********, I feel bad for families that accidentally get this motel in case of emergencies and they dont realize what they get into.In my option throw it down!!!!(IT COULD SAVE LIVES)OWNERS INFORMATION CAN BE FOUND ON BBB.org

    Roaches, crackheads in the back, they don’t like other race, you have to look a certain way to get a good room, homeless people living and sleeping on property or near the staircase, and more roaches. Once they get your money that it. Can’t change rooms if you see roaches. After complaining about roaches and drug use in back they will not switch your room. Very racist to color people.
