    We hired Wolf Moving company to move us from ********************* to *****. Included was moving our beloved over 100 year old baby grand piano to a Neighbors house in ******. I have a video of them losing control of the Piano and it bouncing down the street. Our neighbour who was paying a small sales price because we wanted to sell it to them has not gotten an acceptable resolution. The owner has been rude and not very responsive and wants to settle at a price that is far below the value of the Piano as well as the necessary repairs. We should never have used this company. The owner is a good sales person and gave us a couple hundred less than a bigger company. They wouldnt have used only 2 people to move the piano as well as not very experienced Movers. It is a devastating family loss. I would caution anyone from hiring this company because of the owner attitude. I seek a monetary resolution for the loss of our beloved family Piano.

    We sincerely regret the distress caused during this move, especially regarding the damage to the customers baby grand piano. We fully understand how meaningful this item was to the family and take responsibility for the mishandling.
    The piano was being moved a short distance to a neighbors residence when the incident occurred. Since then, we have remained in communication with both parties and have made multiple efforts to resolve the matter respectfully and fairly.
    While the customer initially requested compensation between $15,000$20,000 based on the cost of a newly refurbished piano, this figure did not align with the age, prior refurbishment, and current condition of the instrument. per the terms of our liability we offer a maximum of $3000 per item unless we were made aware of any appraised value beforehand.
    However, in the interest of resolving the matter and offering closure, we have agreed to provide $4,400 as requested by the customer.
    We are also taking steps internally to ensure improved training and protocols for handling specialty items, including pianos, to prevent incidents like this in the future.
