    I wouldn't work with ******************** ever to make anything. Maybe for beginners who don't know anything. But the support representative was rude, devalued and couldn't even grasp the intention of the project. The majority of the conversation was listening to the support person bragging about themselves and then telling me they were humble which was severely cringe-worthy and I felt embarrassed for them. When I went to back out of working with them they apologized, but it was too late. I have never been spoken to in such a puerile and insolent manner like this by any company i've had do work. As a professional musician for ********************************************** a company and I did not find either here. Nearly every comment of the representative dripped with insecure self-aggrandizement.I will instead go to companies that are not fledglings and take their customers seriously and have integrity. I'm going to ****** Mouthpiece Works instead. The cluelessness, ignorance, insecurity and at times outright aggression ********'s representative expressed was enough to tell all of my colleagues to completely steer clear of it as I value their expertise because it's demonstrated and trusted rather than just bragged about like some kind of teenager. No, thank you, a thousand times, no thank you.
