    I contracted design and decor services from **************, Owner of Sensational Designs, for my birthday party on **********. I am filing this complaint because I have been attempting to resolve my issue with the business owner for the last 4 months via text and email. I last emailed the client on 12/10/24 and at that time I already had 2 previous un-answered emails and multiple un-answered texts. ****** informed me via email that all refund issues go through her legal team, yet I haven't been contacted by anyone from her legal team or claiming to represent her. I have asked numerous times for the name of her legal representation or their contact information to no avail. I am requesting a refund or payment adjustment for the custom neon or acrylic signage for my party that I never received. During the design process we agreed on a black flower wall, with balloons, halloween decor, and a custom sign that said "have a killer birthday". The cost of this entire wall was $850. There was no itemized breakdown of the prices of the individual items needed to create this wall anywhere on this invoice for any of the design decor. In our text messages, which I have included, during our design process I showed ****** an example of a sign I saw online that I liked. She stated that she felt a custom acrylic or neon sign would be better because the sign I sent might clash. I let her know at that time I was in agreement with that and I left it up to her to choose between whether it would be acrylic or neon. She included a thumbnail picture of the design on the invoice that included a neon sign. So, that signaled to me I would be getting a custom neon sign that said "have a killer birthday" However, the day of the event the original paper one from ****** that I sent as inspiration, that costs less than $20 was hung up. I am seeking a refund or payment adjustment for the lack of signage and also the gross lack of communication and customer service.
