    I paid with insurance and an additional $930.40 on my credit card for myself and my daughter to get glasses and also 3 month supply of contact lenses and annual exams for both of us. I received both exams and contact lenses, arrived to get new lenses for my kid, but lenses were not correct size for frames. my glasses were not ready and my kids lenses had to be returned and remade. that was in August 2023. I have called, emailed and texted, requested appointment online etc. at least ****************************************************** any way back. I want the glasses for me (frames and lenses) and I want my kids lenses or I want a refund and a written prescription so I can purchase elsewhere and a refund for undelivered items. I am considering hiring an attorney since I can not get response from business.

    We were waiting on patient to choose a frame color.  Their was a breakdown in communication as we missed a voicemail left by her back in November, but she never asked for a refund until she filed this complaint.  Her daughters lenses are and have been here since the first of September.   We emailed her in response and never heard back from her.  We went ahead and sent her a full refund in the form of a check. The check was mailed on 01/25/2023
