The owner of this business places orders for clients then does chargebacks on the items so she can keep the money and item for her client. Very corrupt business practices. I would not trust them in my home or with my pets as they are also a pet sitter.

This review has been sparked by a one star review of ***** business on Yelp. **** owns and operates a ****** and mortar based as well as web-based business in **************, ********. In August 2023 I ordered a rug from her online business and after several weeks when I had not heard from her company regarding shipment even though I had repeatedly called and left messages as well as emailed I requested that **** of America become involved since she had been paid over $1200 on my credit card for the item at the time of purchase. Within 24 hours of my bank, doing a charge reversal we were sent a tracking number and soon received our rug. The next day I had five very nasty, rude voicemails, as well as three emails, accusing me of fraud from this business owner, threatening to call the police and the **** She went so far as to call my husband and to threaten to call his place of employment. Over and over again I explained that because we had requested that the bank do the charge reversal that they were now in charge and that I had let them know that we had in fact, at long last received the rug. Yet, daily the emails and phone calls continued. The threats and harassment continued. The owner of the shop was disrespectful and told me shed get even with me and would bash my small business on social media. This has all been over for 2+ months yet here we are again and the harassment has started up again with more email threats and harassment. Please take the time to see that this is a pattern of behavior from the owner of Lavender Fields in **************, ********. She has gone so far as to list her business as permanently closed on Yelp due to the number of similar reviews. As for pet siting mentioned here; its one more indication that **** is unhinged as I am a certified, professional home and small business organizer not a pet sitter. Thank you for your time and attention.
