    Purchased June 18 as three separate downloads for $85 total. This is a digital planner that does not work. My young niece bought the downloads without asking me and she hasnt used the product yet. I asked the company for a refund and they refused. Thus, I ended up deciding to let my niece try the product, as I thought it might help her productivity with school. She is Very technologically savvy, but could not get the product to work. Then I decided to try it myself. Even I could not get it to work after watching their ******* videos. There is a lot of false advertising on ********* The reviews are consistent that the product doesnt work as advertised. Once downloaded, it is nearly impossible to use. The hyperlinks dont work at all. Customers ask for help (including myself) and are only repeatedly sent to ******* where the instructional videos are completely basic and unhelpful, plus they are so fast that few people could follow them. Several people posted on ******** and ******* that this is a scam. I wish my niece had looked first before buying and that I looked before wasting my time. There are hundreds of replies on ******** by customers that are deleted by the company (dozens on ****************** because the company wants to hide the complaints. For example, a customer asked if the product was compatible with the Apple calendar. The business replied yes, which is false, then hid 12 replies by consumers and ended up with five angry emojis next to the original post because customers had no recourse after their comments were deleted. Something needs to be done to stop the unlawful selling of this defunct product. The business absolutely refuses to offer a refund for a product that is unusable. Complete scam.
