    Horrible service and what appears to be deceptive business practices. Their employee claims they charge an initial fee covering the first visit and follow up visit a week later. They will come again a month later and charge a smaller fee for that. They then charge the smaller fee if you request them to come out for other issues. Their contract says it is a yearly service with monthly fees but the language is vague if you are charged for months that they do not do any service. A second call and another employee explained that you do not get billed if they do not need to come out for that month. Their tech showed up 6 hours after their appointment window on their first visit. They were a no show on their second visit, rescheduled, no show, rescheduled, no show again. I spoke to their customer service, now they are saying that not only are they not going to refund half of my initial fee, even though they only made it for half of the visits, but they will charge per month regardless of them doing the work.
