    DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS! Like all of the reviews on here I placed by order months ago, over six to be exact and nothing. I also tried to email, to DM to address them on TikToK and got blocked. A truly horrible experience and I'm assuming a scam at this point. They take your money and then never deliver the product. They claim mental health and overwhelm ( which I take seriously and could totally understand if it was legitimate ) but at this point I'd say it is nothing but a ploy. You are obviously out the money for the shoes you sent as they were actually delivered. Who knows maybe that's what they are doing. Getting free shoes and reselling those. Who knows. So gross and disappointing.

    I like other customers have been trying to call, email, social media reach outs to try to follow up. Wanting an estimate on my order. Not getting any replies to anything. I've noticed a Tik Tok video made stating to all clients that they don't reply back to numerous people calling, texting, emailing all the time. Explaining that this is a process and that she is only one artist. First off, I am not harassing, I just am a paying customer excited for the artwork on the shoes that I purchased and sent to her in a timely manner. Any other company would at least reply to any message sent. Just wanting a follow up on my order! Placed my order back in August of 2022. Last communicated with was on 9/4/22. ******* sent me a picture of my shoes stating that this was not the final phase, but once my order is completed and shipped that they would send me a final update!?! I haven't gotten any more communication. I've reached out to ******* ** ******* ** ******** and they can't do anything on there end. So, they told me to come to the BBB and write a review. Hesitant on doing do because I most likely won't get my order sent at all... Still hoping, still waiting my patience is getting slim to none.... I agree with the other review, There was a Black Friday advertisement for taking more orders??? I am speechless when current orders are not being sent out. I love the enthusiasm, but needing to brush up on customer service skills...

    I, like many others, have been waiting for an update on my order for months. ****** blocks customers on social media asking for updates and has recently opened her website up to additional orders. Originally we were told a lead time of 4 weeks max, and times were changed AFTER she had several orders were paid to read six months. Terrible communication and even worse customer service.
