  *********** who owns this company talks a good game but he is in fact a con artist. He would not give a real quote, only an hourly rate. He did not honor the senior citizen or veteran discount advertised on his site. What he did was charge us $2500 to make a huge hole through our laminate floor and through the concrete slab, and as soon as they fixed 1 leak, the technician turned the water on full blast and created 2 more leaks. Instead of fixing these leaks, the plumber and helper left, left to go to another job and they left a 3 3 foot hole in our living room floor that was 2ft deep. This hole remained until we paid another company $900 to fix the hole they created for nothing. We had to have the entire house replumbed through the roof and walls to fix the problem, not fix it under our concrete slab floor. We used a different company to do the replumbing for the entire house and they charged $4,000 less than what ************ estimated and would not guarantee a real quote. Also, I told those workers not to put duct tape on our popcorn ceiling 3 times, but they did it anyway when I went into the other room and the result was that it pulled off the popcorn from the ceiling and now we have to pay for repairs to have that fixed. Their excuse was that he forgot his staple gun and the only way to put the plastic up was to duct tape it to our popcorn ceiling! I told them not to. ************ said he would fix this damage, but he has not. That makes him a big fat liar and a con artist who doesn't care about customers, he only cares about the convenience of making easy money. Lanes plumbing owes us at the very minimum the cost to repair our popcorn ceiling. It was incompetence that caused this problem. And he sends out really slow workers who charge by the hour to do 2 hours worth of work in 8 hours. This company is not only not trustworthy, they damage stuff without fixing it, and they charge way too much. Worst plumber in *******!!!! Do not use Lane Plumbing!

  To say the leaks were caused by us is ridiculas. After reviewing all the recordings of the calls and the text messages received from ****. We did exactly what we were told to do by the owner ****. He said and i quote " i am good at construction and demolition and i will find that pipe myself, I just need a plumber to fix it after i find it. Well that changed and he wanted us to bust the concrete and dig and make the repairs. He said the spot marked was guarenteed by American Leak Detection to be where the leak was marked. He said he could even hear it also thru the concrete. I told him at best they were 50/50 from our experiance. He said he wanted us to bust the concrete and dig by the hour. He did ask us for a price, i told him we cannot give a price for what is underground and we cannot see, did not know. So we offered to do by the hour and he agreed. We busted where it was marked and the marks were off. The leak was not located right. American leak detection came back at no charge and marked again. We proceded to bust more concrete and expose and repaired the leak. When we turned the water on there were more leaks that were under concrete, not exposed. It would need more busting of concrete. I told him that was probably going to happen as we just got finished with a job simular the week before and we had multible leaks on that one also. After making repairs the meter was still running indicating more leaks.We told the customer more leaks existed and i would suggest repiping. **** and I talked and i recommended not chasing more leaks and to replumb the water lines so as not to run under concrete slab. I gave him a price to repipe. And we moved on as we did not hear from him again. We are a service oriented company and did exactly what **** asked us to do. We did not hear back from him after we priced the job. He hired us by the hour and my guys worked hard to get him done. When you work busting concrete in someones home it is messy and disruptive. These folks had to deal with this and it was more than they expected, i could see it plainly. But the problem was old rotten pipes underneith the concrete that needed replacement. It is ashame these folks have to make us the bad guy when we worked our butts off at minimum charge to nothing but lie and complaints. I have all the calls recorded as well as the messages and videos sent by the home owner that tell the whole story. Im sorry they did not appreciate our hard work and im glad they got it fixed.
