They constantly left my gate open, I sent texts and emails. My dogs got out, one got into a fight with another dog in the neighborhood, picked up by **** County Animal Services. Luckily he was returned. But it cost me about $1000. I added a latch and second bolt to my gate. Cost me almost $500. 4 days later the tech shows up, doesn't see the second bolt, pulls so hard on my gate the wood cracks and eventually breaks. This was in the middle of COVID I was trying to be patient. Tech comes out to fix it and uses thick lumber, the gate wont close unless you slam it, the doors start sagging. June 2020, Now it's November 2022. Still not fixed. They stopped replying to emails, texts, FB. Franchise isn't responsive. I have pictures and emails.

We hired poolscout to close our pool at the end of the pool year in 2021 and to open the pool at the beginning of the pool year for 2022 and because of our busyness we decided to let them continue treating and maintaining our pool since we wouldn’t be able to, at first they started good but as time went by we started noticing inconsistencies such as the pump would be off and the would not salt the pool when its a salt water pool then went brought to their attention we were told that we had to shock the pool ourselves but we are paying weekly for the maintenance.

Not you maybe asking why continue the service, well we are coming out of a covid lockdown then a gas epidemic no one wanted to travel too far the service a pool only to put the profit in their tank, which is understandable and what left us in theis horrible condition.
Several times we addressed the issues with ******* and ***** and we were left to feel as though we were the problem “ if youre not satisfied maybe we should part company “ not very professional thing to say and we have the text to show, at times they just didn’t respond.
The pool went we first opened it had to be cleaned 2-3 times and we couldn’t understand why until I mentioned it the ******* and was told that “ they advised customers to clean the tarp before service or they will allow whatever debris on top to fall into the pool, this should’ve been the first sign of dishonesty knowing that this will require more cleaning and we weren’t there to monitor the service but fine we paid for the service, then we started realizing that they wouldn’t take responsibility for any concerns we addressed such as leaving the pump off or the water level below the skimmer while adding chemicals to treat the pool knowing no one is home.
After paying and unable to use the pool because its green and being charged for adding salt when you mentioned that the salt cell is not working and for follow up visits that does not correct nor fit the problem.
