Scam facility. Would not recommend to any college student. They prey on university students knowing things can change semester to semester and give them no help to be able to break lease only make them find someone to fill that spot themselves. Not a great business to be involved with do anyone especially college students. 100% do not do business with them.

Hi ******* thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. Our community is student-centered, and our lease terms are structured to align with the academic calendar. We do understand that student plans can change, which is why we offer options that allow residents to have someone take over their lease responsibility when needed.

While we strive to support our residents through this process, we regret that we were not able to assist you or fully resolve your situation. Your feedback is important to us, and we will continue working to ensure that our policies are clearly communicated and that we provide the best possible support to all of our residents. Thank you again for your comments.

VIEW OF LEGACY OAKS - THE ABSOLUTE WORSE! My water bill averages $48 a month. Last month, I received a water bill i/a/o $715.16. I immediately submit a maintenance request. Maintenance comes in and says the toilet was running and replaces the fill valve. I'm no rocket scientist but, I do know the sound of running water. The leasing office refuses to reduce the bill so I have no recourse but, to pay it. This month the bill is $877.55. If the issue was the fill valve, why is the water bill so high again? Long story short, the water heater had to be replaced. Maintenace failed to check the water heater the first time and are holding me responsible for their lack of due diligence in servicing maintenance requests. They even used the excuse that the water heater could not be checked the first time because access to the water heater closet was blocked, in other words, the closet was junky...lol. After going back and forth with the *************** the only concession they can give me is $750. I have $1,592.71 in water bills and they can only offer me $750?! This is unacceptable!

      ****,

Thank you for taking the time to bring this issue to our attention, and we apologize for any inconvenience you've experienced.

Upon investigating your concerns, we found that our maintenance technician responded promptly to your initial service request by addressing the clearly identified issue with the running toilet, which was repaired during the visit. At the time, the technician assessed the situation based on the visible symptoms and the information provided. Access to the water heater area was not initially pursued, as it appeared to be unrelated to the immediate issue and to avoid causing unnecessary inconvenience to you by moving belongings.

When the water bill remained high, and it became evident that the water heater might be contributing to the issue, we worked diligently to address this problem.

We understand your frustration and regret any oversight that *** have occurred. In recognition of the inconvenience and the significant charges you have faced, we offered a $750 concession, which was agreed upon during our discussion. We also recommended contacting the water company to ensure the accuracy of the recorded usage, as the total seemed unusually high even after addressing the water heater issue.

While we acknowledge that this situation is not ideal and that the resolution *** not fully meet your expectations, we believe the concession offered is a fair compromise considering the circumstances.

Again, we appreciate you reaching out to us, ****.  Please let us know if there are any additional concerns or questions.

Should the courts find this I will state that this is not on social media so it does not go against our contract. I am in a legal battle with apd who is sycophantically suing me on behalf of this company because I destroyed their $2000 window. This company operates by putting random people together and threatening to *** them if they leave. I was told I would be paired with a woman I met online who lived there when instead I was paired with a man who openly bragged about rubbing his p*** into our food and deadbolted me out. The manager made is***s worse by breaking confidentiality and telling the man what I told management of him. They also didn't care about violence and I witnessed women being beaten by the men they were made to live with. I was also paired with a man who stole my ssc out of my desk in my private room and used it to take $18,750 in unemployment in my name. APD is unconcerned with the large theft against me, an individual, and is more concerned with my actions to warn people of how dangerous this company is. The broken window was a warning to potential renters and a good one because the ****** company dissolved, but other divisions exist. Hiring murders as utility workers and giving them keys to people's rooms.

      *********,

Thank you for reaching out to us. We apologize for the delayed response to your initial message. According to our records, you were a resident in one of our communities back in 2020, which we no longer manage. Given that your stay dates back nearly four years, our team may not have specific details about your experience. While we find your comments concerning, we believe some aspects may be exaggerated and not entirely accurate. If you have documentation to support your claims, we are open to discussing your experience further and addressing any relevant issues.

I have lived in this apartment with roommates for a few months. I am hardly ever in the apartment due to work and school commitments. When I am, at times it can be difficult to deal with because of the stench in the apartment from my roommates not taking trash out or cleaning for that matter. I have attempted to talk to management but to no avail. In addition to the stench, after discussing with them about the thermostat settings, they consistently lower the temperature and turn the fan on and open the windows even in the dead of winter to the point I had to buy a heater for my room just to be comfortable. The part that bothers me the most though is that one of the roommates came to me and told me that management said something is wrong with me. What is the implication? What am I to take from that comment and why if that is indeed the thought, would management think its acceptable behavior to discuss what is perceived as something being wrong with me something they should be discussing with anyone? This is completely unacceptable and I will be considering all options available to me to address this. As they said on the numerous occasions I have gone to them for assistance they do not get involved in roommate disputes how then do they find the time to discuss me? How should I take this and how should I feel about this?

      Dear ***,

Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us and we apologize for the delay in you receiving a response to this message. We deeply regret hearing about your negative experiences and understand the importance of a comfortable and supportive living environment.

We do realize that sharing a living space can be difficult at times, particularly when it comes to personal preferences regarding cleaning habits, temperature, etc. While we do our best to encourage residents to have an open line of communication with their roommates and to resolve issues in a mature manner, we do realize that this does not always happen. We're sorry for any discomfort or frustration that you may have experienced as a result of your roommates.

We also apologize for any distress caused by the comment that your roommate mentioned, which was allegedly made by a member of our team. Please know that in addition to caring about the wellbeing of our residents, we hold ourselves to a high standard of both professionalism and confidentiality. While we do not doubt that your roommate said this to you, we confidently feel that it is without merit. Please know that our team had nor expressed such opinions, and regret any negative feelings experienced as a result of this false statement.

We take your feedback seriously and truly appreciate you taking the time to bring this to our attention, ***. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us if you would like to discuss in more detail or if there is anything that we can assist you with.
