Buyers and Seller BEWARE! This agency does not operate in integrity and are not properly supervised by the Broker In Charge, *************************. Agent *********************** employs a RUSE to obtain your confidential information BEFORE presenting the legally required disclosures or the signing of the Agency Agreement. ****** then shares your confidential information with the Seller in order to secure the highest commission for himself and the highest price for the seller. ****** will deliberately withhold the market comps so the buyer offers a higher offer. ************************* DOES NOT supervise ****** and allows him to conduct business contrary to the ** *********** Commissions Rules. On March 23, 2023, the ***** determined that ************************* had violated their rules by not providing mandatory disclosures or entering into a ************** Agreement before an offer was submitted by the Buyer. Neither ************************* nor ************************* operate in integrity and you would be well served by seeking an agent who actually complies with the law and seeks to earn the public's trust.
