I couldnt be more pleased with the experience I had with simple construction. They were professional, reliable, and incredibly dependable and responsive throughout the entire process. Not only was the workmanship excellent, but their attention to detail was impressive. When the job was finished, they did a thorough cleanup of the entire area. Everyone I interacted with throughout the process was exceptionally nice and professional.Its rare to find this level of customer service and workmanship anymore. If you are seeking the ultimate professionals, please check out Simple Construction. ***** and his team went above and beyond expectations as we prepared mom's house to sell. They were cheerful and did not mind cleaning that ceiling fan 20 feet in the air since they were already way up there repairing and painting a ceiling crack. Additionally, ***** and his team helped move our old family piano to another room. Even with furniture sliders that piano was heavy and awkward to move. The most impressive thing they did was come back to paint a section that I added after they left. While they were at it, they changed an outlet that we didn't even realized needed changing. This company is one I can easily recommend to family, friends, and businesses.Simple Construction, LLC

Simple Construction addressed all of our concerns in a professional timely manner, exceeding our expectations and gaining a customer for life! ***** and team were so nice to work with and we are very happy with the finished product! We had our chimney repaired, fascia board replaced, and new gutters installed. I was most impressed with the color matching with the paint that was done for our siding! 5 starsI am very excited to recommend Simple Construction. They did a top notch job on my house roof and detached garage roof. I also had drywall issues from water damage but after Simple Construction worked on both the drywall and painting, you would never know there was a water leak.Their work is of very high quality. All who work for the company are extremely professional. It is amazing we found such an honest company. Their cleanup process was wonderful. I cannot mention any problem we had. I would hire Simple Construction for any job in the future. Our roof is so solid and looks so great other neighbors have used them for their new roofs also and are just as pleased. You will always be satisfied with any job you hire Simple Construction to do. Simple Construction also recommend a craftsman to rework my steps. My steps turned out perfect too. The owner, *****, is concerned about his clients and goes out of his way to help.
