    I witnessed on 12/19/2024 at my apartment complex. This company allowed 2 employees to proceed to work in someone's apartment after me calling the companies boss to notify him that two of his employees engaged in doing drugs before they proceeded to work. I watched these employees for 30 minutes participating in cocaine prior to doing the job. The boss after showing up, immensely defended the employees, i feel because they shared the same nationality. Pretty sure they were undocumented and that's the reason I felt he didn't show any concerns about the situation. Allowing them to proceed in to someone's apartment in that manner was extremely troubling and concerning. I went to the complex office management, but there was nothing they can do due to them not being their employees. I also notify the police and spoke to them after they showed up a while after they were working. He also went and spoke to the office management. This was 9 something in the morning and in broad daylight. They had no concern about the situation and I'm pretty sure it wasn't their 1st time doing this action due to how comfortable they were outside in plain view of apartment window and cars driving by. This is a heavy concern about other people well being. The boss definitely had no concern. What happens next when one of them have a bad day on that drug or worse, a more potent drug. Please look in to this. I'm sure it isn't going to stop. This business needs to be shut down or at the most, investigated. I put my life on this complaint!
